Try to build the view same as below

There are three level (Category, Sub-Category and Product Name)  and two filters (Category and Sub-Category)

If the filter selection is Category= 'All' and Sub-Category='All' then 

then it should display all the Category and inside each Category it has to show Sub-Category corresponding to the Category.

On selection of one Category. it has to display Sub-Category as big box and inside each box it show show the division of Product Name.
