Try to build the view same as below:

In this view i am showing Category wise sum of sales and two filters one is Aggregate Last 5 Dates and second one is Order Date.

If we select Yes in Aggregate Last 5 Dates, Order Date filter showing last 5 dates along with current date.

If we select No in Aggregate Last 5 Dates, Order Date filter showing all dates in the data source.

In Order date filter, if we select any single date it is showing that particular date only in view.

If we select more than one  date in order filter, it is showing that multiple dates in the view.
