Try to build the view same as below:
Let say we have two sheets named as Sheet 1 and Sheet 2
In both sheets we are displaying Category wise and Sub-Category wise sum of sales in bar graph.
And also providing a user input filter, if input filter is null it show all Sub-Category in both sheets.
When ever user enter any sub-category name in that user input filter it excluding that sub category in Sheet 1 and display excluded sub category in Sheet 2.
